Why should we hire you? or Why would you be a good fit?— Have you shown initiative in your current job? Do you have deep technical skills? Have you been successful in the past?
Why are you a good fit for this space? — Do you have experience in this space? Do you have a passion for this type of work/space? Why? Mention what you know about this company and/or industry? For example, if you know a bunch about advertising, talk about it.
Why are you a good fit for this company’s culture or work environment? — You may enjoy working on a diverse set of responsibilities or you are able to juggle responsibilities?
Why are you leaving your current job? - DO NOT TALK ABOUT money, being bored and not learning. No Complaining! Focus on your growth and opportunities for the future.
What do you like to do in your spare time? - do not give the generic answer of go to work, go home, see family. Do you volunteer? What are your unique interests?
Where do you see yourself in five years? The purpose here is to understand if you actually want this job... To see if you have a plan... To test your ambition... To ensure the company can give you what you want...
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths - list out your strengths and close with the ones that are tied to the role you are applying for
